Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Maestro (the “Service”), operated by Afransi Technologies Limited (“Maestro”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. What Maestro is

Maestro is a content management and brand-voice tool for social media managers. It helps you organize brand workspaces, draft content, run AI brand-voice checks, and collect client approvals.

Maestro does not publish to social networks. Posting to Instagram, X, or any other platform is done manually by you. You are solely responsible for what you publish and for complying with each platform’s terms.

3. AI features

Brand-voice scores and feedback are generated by automated AI and are provided for guidance only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. Maestro makes no warranty about the accuracy of AI output.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload (“Your Content”). You grant Maestro a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including sending it to our AI provider for analysis and showing it to clients you invite for approval.

You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
  • upload malware or attempt to breach, disrupt, or overload the Service;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or another user’s data;
  • use the Service to send spam or to process content you have no right to process.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Client approval portal

If you invite a client to review content, you are responsible for the content you share and for the client’s email address you provide. Approval links are time-limited and grant access only to the content you submit for review.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Maestro and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

8. Beta and availability

The Service may be offered in beta and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if the Service was free to you, NGN 50).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content licenses you granted for processing, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
